We are your local French bakery, in Belltown Seattle, since 2001. We specialize in making traditional artisan leavened breads, using 100% organic ingredients. We use proven customary methods to preserve nutritional value, support good health and to encourage sustainable agriculture.
Our products are made with the finest organic ingredients including all of our flours, leaven, purified water and natural sea salt. There are no added fats, yeasts, fillers or stabilizers. We use flour made from high quality hard winter wheat, which has a consistent 12-14 % protein level, making our breads a solid component of your daily nutrition. Leavened breads have a deeply satisfying taste, texture and are the superior choice for your body.
